This Privacy Policy explains what NecroNet LLC ("NecroHost") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use our sites and hosting services. It should be read with the Terms of Service.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to operate core site features. We do not use the storefront to serve third-party advertising trackers. The Merchant of Record and other third parties may set their own cookies within their own checkout or services, governed by their policies.

We use the information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the services; to provision, tune, back up, and monitor your servers; to process and support your orders (with the MoR); to communicate about your account and support requests; to detect and prevent abuse and fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Server data and backups are retained during service and for a grace period after termination as described in the Terms (Section 7), then permanently deleted. Operational telemetry is retained on a rolling basis (currently on the order of days to weeks) for capacity and reliability purposes. Logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Support records are kept as needed for service and legal compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact operations@necrohost.gg. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. Requests concerning payment data may need to be directed to the Merchant of Record, which controls that data.

7. International users, GDPR & CCPA posture

Because our Merchant of Record facilitates international sales, buyers outside the United States may transact through it under its data-protection framework. At a high level: for EU/UK (GDPR) users, we process personal data under lawful bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests (security and service operation), and consent where required, and support data-subject rights as above. For California (CCPA/CPRA) residents, we do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we honor access and deletion rights.
