This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses NecroHost services and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the service safe, lawful, and reliable for all customers. We may update it as described in the Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary licenses and rights for the game software, server binaries, mods, plugins, assets, and configurations you run on NecroHost, and for complying with the relevant publisher's or mod author's terms and EULAs. NecroHost does not grant you any game license. Any mods or plugins you install are used at your own risk; you are responsible for their behavior, licensing, security, and compatibility, and for any resulting data loss or instability.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP or abusive activity originating from a NecroHost server, contact operations@necrohost.gg. Please include the server address or identifier, timestamps (with time zone), and any supporting evidence so we can investigate promptly.

5. Copyright / DMCA: Designated Agent

NecroHost respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws. To submit a notice of alleged infringement, contact our designated agent:

Our designated agent is also registered in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory, where a mailing address for physical notices is on file. A valid notice must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith-belief statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing and, in appropriate cases, terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notice procedures are available where applicable.

6. Consequences of violations

Violations may result in warning, content removal, throttling, suspension, or termination of the affected server or account, with or without notice depending on severity and legal or safety urgency. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect our systems and other customers. Suspension or termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in the Refund & Service Policy or required by law.
