Unturned prints “Without a login token the server is not visible in the Internet server list and cannot be joined over the Internet.” The server still boots, so it looks healthy while being unreachable. It is free, it takes about a minute, and it has to be yours: the game ties it to your own account, so we are not allowed to issue one for you. You will also need a separate one for each server you run.

Create a token using app ID 304930, and give it a memo naming this server.
Paste it into GSLT on this server's Settings tab, then Restart.
One token per server, and Steam expires a token that goes unused for a long time — a server that sat stopped for weeks may need a fresh one.
Resetting your Steam password regenerates every GSLT on the account, which will stop an already-working server from listing.
In the meantime the server prints a Server Code in its console on every boot. Friends can enter that in Unturned's Connect Directly menu, which goes over Steam's relay and needs no port forwarding.
